Mr. Kevin R. Rose is a Principal of EN 
SIGHT ADVISORS. Mr. Rose has over 20 years of professional achievements in the energy industry both domestic and international, including extensive knowledge and experience in strategic business planning, risk management and trading controls, energy commodity trading, operations and logistics, energy management systems evaluation and implementation.
Prior to joining EN SIGHT, Mr. Rose was a senior consultant with Hagler Bailly Consulting, where he assisted in the start-up and opening of the Houston practice advising gas/electric utilities and energy marketing companies, in the launching of new non-regulated energy marketing companies. Mr. Rose also consulted with Enron Oil and Gas in China, where
he directed the development of a comprehensive long term business plan for a multibillion dollar commercial gas development project in China.
For over 14 years Mr. Rose held senior management positions with Sunrise Energy Services (Vice President Logistics and Operations), Hadson Gas Systems (Director Energy Trading/Marketing).
Mr. Rose is a graduate of The University of Texas.

Timothy K. Curtis is a Principal of EN SIGHT ADVISORS. Mr. Curtis has over 25 years of professional achievements working within the energy industry, including extensive experience in energy supply and trading, operations and logistics issues and strategies, business processes, energy management systems, and energy management consulting.
Prior to joining EN SIGHT, Mr. Curtis served as Vice President, Transportation and Energy Marketing for Ziff Energy Group, Ltd. responsible for heading and building consulting practices regarding development and implementation of energy marketing strategies with expertise in the strategic planning and launching of new, non-regulated energy
marketing business units. Mr. Curtis also served as Senior Consultant for Hagler Bailly Consulting, Inc.
For over 17 years, Mr. Curtis held senior level management positions with Transco Gas Marketing Company (Vice President and Director, Texas Gas Division), TXG Gas Marketing (Vice President, Gas Supply) and Texas Gas Transmission Corporation (Manager, Gas Supply).
Mr. Curtis is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
